Tamp & Tap is a gourmet coffee and craft beer concept with fast casual food service. The Downtown location coupled with the throwback name lends itself to a turn of the century motif which is played out in the hand lettering of the logo, the color palette, and the distressed quality of the artwork throughout.
Farmhouse was hired to create the brand story for his concept which included all digital media, environment design, point of sale material and the launch campaign. Our reach extended even to naming of all menu items.
We were inspired by the poem “The Lovesong of J. Alfred Prufrock” by T.S. Elliott which depicts a turn of the century man leading a dual existence. Professional by day, but enjoying the spoils of nightlife. “Have known the evenings, mornings, afternoons. I have measured out my life with coffee spoons.”
